I'm new to this sculpted cake thing and I just don't know how to price or determine servings for a sculpted cake.
Can anyone give me some insight on these two things? I would really appreciate it.
Pricing: figure on the # of servings of the cake used before sculpting.
# of servings: estimate how much you are cutting away. If it is slight, then take away maybe 5%; if it is lots of carving, then try to estimate how much cake is left.
Others who do lots of 3-d cakes may have better ideas for you.
