Okay, I know I am asking over and over again about how to price my cakes (not sure I am going with cakeboss) but I decided on a flat price however how much do you charge per handmade fondant flowers or figures ( people or animals). This would not be included in price per serving so I am stumped on how to price embellishments on my cakes.

Nick Lodge charges $8 per full rose. He's very good and can do them pretty quickly, so that price may not apply for you. But it might be a good jumping off point?

As for figures, I don't know. I'd estimate how much fondant and other supplies you are using, then factor in the detail in the item and carefully evaluate your skill level compared to others in your area. Consider how long it took you to make, and do some math. Once you've done it for a while, you'll start to get a better idea of what you feel it's worth.
