Grrr...I should have researched what you guys have said about this recipe BEFORE I made it...but I just threw in three packets of gelatin instead of measuring it out and I think it is off. It seems kind of crumbly and doesn't seem to have any elasticity. How can I fix it?
I guess I'm not sure what recipe you used, but when I make mmf I only use marshmellows, water and powdered sugar. As long as you stir constantly while the marshmellows are melting, you won;t have any problems.
Did you try adding a little water or Crisco to your recipe?
