Hi. I haven't been decorating all that long...Maybe only about a year. When I took my classes, in no uncertain terms was it said to never put a covered cake in fondant in the fridge because when it cools down it may get condensation and ruin the fondant on your beautifully decorated cake. But every time I watch a cake decorating show, they always put the cake in the fridge. Has anyone every done this and if so, did you have any problems?????
