My aunt is having a surprise birthday party for my uncle who has cancer. He has recently decided to not continue with chemo, so this will likely be his last. I have volunteered to do the cake but am at a loss of what to do. I'd like to do something sentimental but don't want it to have a we know this is the last kind of feel if you know what I mean. Any ideas? Thanks

Just think of something he really loves, and design it around that. Baseball, fishing, whatever the theme, orient it around the things in life that are his favorites.
