This is a cool problem to have. icon_biggrin.gif I sent DH to the store just before Christmas for some last-minute ingredients, including some white chocolate for a giveaway cake I was making for a local charity. Usually, I just use Bakers for such things and it works fine.

Well, he returns with two bars of VERY good chocolate brand, claiming he couldn't find anything else. icon_eek.gif Maybe so. But I'd never have bought this for my personal baking due to sticker shock. And THEN I had to change what I was making for the charity due to another problem (such as DH forgetting to get a few other ingredients. Sigh. He tries ... icon_rolleyes.gif)

So, here I am with 8 oz. of very high-quality white chocolate I would otherwise never have purchased. Does anyone have any suggestions of something worthy of it? icon_razz.gif In particular, a cake filling would be nice because my mom's birthday is this weekend ... but any other suggestions would be welcome too.

Thanks.
