Hi,

I am looking for a PB filling that does not need refrigeration, and is pretty stable. Any great recipes that you would recommend?

TIA
Sarah

I've used two different ones. I've used PB buttercream and PB bettercream. Sometimes I crush up PB cookie (like nutter butters) and add them to the filling. That's really good!

I usually triple this recipe (or more)

I've added PB to my reg buttercream recipe too. I just add pb to the butter and crisco and mix them together. It's yummy!!!

Here is another recipe. Don't think you need to put it in the fridge. icon_smile.gif

you should look in the recipe section under fillings, there's one there that ive tried that is really good. it does have 1/4 cup of butter and milk,so im not sure how long you can leave that out. some of the other ingredients are brown sugar, peanut butter, peanut butter chips, powered sugar and vanilla. its really good!
