I have a wedding tasting this week and looking to create an invoice/order form for weddings/cake orders. Can anyone share their form with me as a guide. I would really appreciate it.

Stipulate that you do all the cakes:

P.S. There's also a cake order form in the templates section of the galleries. (Would find it for you, but my dial-up ISP is running really slow...) icon_sad.gif

I've attached my cake contract that I came up with. I googled cake contracts and you'd be surprised how many will pop up. I just pieced this and that together with my own ideas and came up with this. I also have a separate form (or I would call it a small booklet) that I use for my consultations that if the bride wants to book later, all I have to do is pull that out...it details the flavors, fillings, etc; the grooms cake, any additional cakes and breaks down the cost, deposit, and due dates.

Earlene moore has a contract on her site, but it was too congested for me...I like things spread out, but it doesn't hurt to take a look at it. I really liked this one: www.weddingcakesacrossamerica.com/WCAATips_Contract.cfm
their whole site is amazing. HTH
