What Photo Editing Software Do You Use For Your Cake Photos?

I've been using Microsoft Picture It to edit mine but it's not all that good. I've seen some really nice photo jobs on here and I'd like to make an album of all my cake photos to show off.

What do you guys use and where can I get it from?

Picnik. I have the premium. Free is great, so son't hesitate to try it first. Premium is more uploads and more choices. Love it!
