how do I stripe white chocolate and wrap it on the cake? I have heard a few methods here. The one that sounded promising was the pasta machine method. so I got a pasta machine for christmas, and after many batches of modeling chocolate, I'm ready to throw my toys down and stop playing. I can't get it to run through the maching right sometimes the chocolate gets rough on the edges like dried out fondant, sometimes its oily, I can't get the two different colors to "seal" together, much less get to the point of wrapping it around a cake. Somebody please help me!
