Hi All!

Does anyone know what colors I could mix in order to dye white gumpaste CERISE PINK? That is that's been requested of me but I've never made it before.

TIA

Unless you have a color sample.....paint chip or snip of cloth it is hard to know what shade of pink that might be.
Each manufacturer calls their shade something different.
I have seen 4-5 different shades of blues, reds, light greens all called the sameicon_sad.gif

I agree, you really need a sample, paint chip is probably the easiest to get a hold of.

From this it looks like it's a bright magenta color.

Here are some color mixing charts:

http://www. sugarcraft .com/catalog/coloring/colormixingchart.htm (take out the spaces before and after the dots when pasting in your browser)

Good luck and have fun.

Do those same ratios hold true for fondant too?

I had typed thanks in the subject line but it didn't appear in my post. I don't want to seem ungrateful! Thanks to all for your help with this and for sharing these wonderful links!
