can some one tell me how this may be done..i was thinking with chocolate...anyone with advice please give it..thanks

Yep, I would use chocolate. You can make a transfer or decorate right on the cake.

uuuuuh how...now the way i was thinking would be to get wax paper. cut into the square and melt chocolate..let dry and lay on to the cake. its for a 50th so i'll be make a 5 and 0 not the letters. so do the numbers the same as the square....does that sound right...or explain to me how you were saying do it....please advise. working on this tonight. i have my chocolate..cakes made... just need to get this down.

Yep - I'd do a chocolate transfer with a 50 in place of the letters and lay it on the cake.
