what type of food coloring do ya'll recommend to make brown, black, red? i use wilton colors but i can never get the brown i need and it seems the more i add it starts to separate.

I like Americolor and the squeeze gels from Bakery Craft.

Chefmaster liqua gel is the best I have found and I have tried them all. You get red and black instantly without a bad taste. It takes very little and no sitting overnight to intensify.
