I just can't find it!

I've read that people do freeze cookies iced in royal icing and they turn out fine. How about Toba's glace?

Thanks so much for any information!

I use Toba's icing and detail with RI. Freeze all the time and they are just fine. I store them in a Tupperware container, cookies separated with wax paper. Defrost in the unopened container so they won't get soggy.

Be sure you are adding white gel to your glace' to help eliminate/ minimize any spotting.

Thanks so much, Honeydukes! (I just finished reading Harry: A Histiry. Excellent!)
What type of white gel? Like a piping gel? Thanks again!

I've not read that! I still haven't gotten my copy of the Beedle Bard. Very behind with my reading!

Americolor makes a Bright White gel paste. I add a few drops to the glace' after mixing everything together. Wilton makes one called White-White. I prefer the Americlor. The Wilton one seems a little chalky after a while. (I would easily use it in a pinch.) Craft stores, like Michaels and Hobby Lobby carry the Wilton brand. Be sure to shake them both really well before using.

Here are some pictures of them.

Thanks so much! - for the links and everything.

Enjoy Beedle (or as my son says Bardy Beedle) - it's short and sweet!
