I haven't been able to upload any pictures since the beginning of November. Not sure why. I made the file sizes really small and they still wouldn't upload. Glad to hear I'm not the only one! I'll look forward to hearing any ideas of how we can make them work!

Is it possible your photo is too large? That is the most common problem I've seen.

I use this site to shrink all of my photos

Last Christmas I got a new camera with higher MP and it was days before I could figure out why I couldn't load!!

I have trouble off and on mainly close to the times that they are doing system maintenance. But like the others have said, it may be because the pictures are too big.

I didn't have any trouble until November. Same camera, same settings, same size files as always. I've even made them as small as 300k and they still don't upload. I used to have no problem with stuff as big as 2.5 MB! Weird! Is there a new maximum size that we might have missed along the way?

I don't think the max size changed and I've definitely uploaded since November. I'm looking for the most recent files I've uploaded so I can tell you what sizes they are.

Just tried uploading my 300K bonfire cake and it went this time. Same one I tried in November, no changes! Must be some weird cosmic thing going on! The stars must be in alignment tonight! Off to upload my painter's palette cake now!

Thanks I uploaded my first picture a cookie bouquet by using the website suggestedd. I downsize it to 80.8, I think its a bit to small though.
How much should I resize my other pictures too!

Oh, on the website I used the avatar to resize the cookie bouquet, did I go the right place.

Thanks alot

Yes, using the Avatar would give you a really small pic. In size and in actual dimensions too.

I keep it on the main page. About 1/2 way down, there is a box labeled Resize Images. Browse to attach your file. I believe I used to just leave everything alone except the Image Quality. Since I got my new camera, I usually have to change the maximum dimension and the image quality. You may have to play with those two options to get the size and quality you want, that will still allow you to upload.

I found that if I keep the pic to less than 1MB it uploads. Hope this helps

I've been having problems too and my pics are within the size guidelines. I will have to try keeping it under 1MB and see if that works.
