I need a buttercream recipe asap. One that is bnot too sweet and does not use too much powdered sugar and too much crisco. thanks for any replys

A crisco-based icing *IS* powdered sugar and crisco, so I'm not sure what you mean by "not much" of either of those.

Thanks your recipe does look waybetter than the one I have. I will try it.

I used Indydebi's buttercream on a baby shower cake I made, and it was a hit with the crowd. It's not super sweet, but sweet enough. I don't know how to describe it, really. I liked it.
