Hello ladies!
My first time filling the cake with cream cheese frosting.
I 'd like to fill the cake tonight and cover with fondant and then tomorrow
just finish the decoration.. However I understand that you can't put fondant on the frigde but... Can the cream cheese frosting be out of the fridge all night????
Thanks!

Yes it can. I have left it out for 24 hours and then I recommend refrigerating the leftover cake. I use the crusting wedding cream cheese frosting recipe posted here. It never fails me.

I leave my cream cheese buttercream out overnight anytime I make it and have NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER!

I have left mine out overnight with no problems, but sometimes to be safe I will use a shelf stabilized cream cheese. I don't think it tastes as good but if I am worried it is the way I go.
