Ok, I have tried to upload my very first picture for the second night in a row. It's taking forever to upload. This has never happened to me before on any other site. Is this normal?

Not normal. But it could be a number of factors. My internet is running kinda slow tonight for some reason. My first thought is what size is the photo? I think the max size is 750 pixels ..... I always reduce mine to 750 and they load pretty quick (normally).

I agree with indydebi.....go to shrinkphoto.com and shrink the size of your pic. It will load much faster.
