So, if I am understanding correctly from reading other posts regarding Bettercreme...it does not take color like buttercream, correct?

Can someone be a little more specific? For instance, will I still be able to color the Bettercreme...it's just that the colors are more pale in nature..ex: pink, lavender, etc....rather than red, purple, etc?

And...I realize I won't be able to get the super smooth finish that I achieve with buttercream....but...by using a warm spatula I should be able to achieve a somewhat smooth finish....correct?

TIA!

correct...the pale colors are with the whipped topping, bettercream works the same as buttercream! Good luck!

Bettercream is relatively soft and really smoothes nicely without too much effort!
