Happy holidays to everyone!

Just as I was about to enbarked in my cookie baking phase two.. you guessed it.. my oven died out. icon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

I am shopping for a new one and since I hear it is the best for baking, I am looking to buy a range with a convection oven. I have looked at the GE Profile, Frigadare, and Kenmore.

Which one do you have?? Do you like it?

Many thanks for your help!
Isabel

I have a double unit at the kitchen that I rent. One side is convection oven and the other is a regular electric oven. I do not like to bake cakes in the convection oven...maybe I'm not doing it right but they are terribly dry, the edges are crispy and the tops are uneven. However, I do love to bake cookies in a convection oven.

So while I am baking cakes on the electric oven on one side, I am baking cookies in the convection side.

Just my 2 cents!
