when molding chololate for clristmas ball, do you oil the mold? Thanks
Sorry you haven't received a response sooner; hope this isn't too late. I have only molded a few things but it is my understanding that you do not need to oil the mold. When the chocolate solidifies it just pops out of the plastic (or silicone) mold. Helps to chill it briefly (not too much) to get the chocolate nice and hard.
ceshell is right. Sorry it took so long for someone to answer you. Hope your project went/is going well
