I know I have seen it on here before but can't seem to locate the forum. I need to make water out of gel or corn syrup. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

Just spatula piping jel over b'cream. You can tint it any shade you need: blue, green, or somewhere in between. Just remember piping gel takes color *much* easier than icing. In fact I like the look you get tinting the icing under clear gel. And.....clear gel looks like iceicon_smile.gif

I have used Wilton's pre-coloured blue gel to make water. It's a nice blue colour with no fuss.
