These are awesome -- I've never seen anything like them. I love the spring flowers w/ladybugs on your web site, too!

I went to the site listed, but still didn't really get a good understanding of this technique. What exactly is this, and is it edible. I'm assuming it is edible considering the ingredients given to make the gelatin. But is it tasty. Ant I don't understant how you got the flowers to look like they are encapsulated in the triangle. Could you explain this technique. Sorry that I'm confused. I'm sure it is something that I should be able to get, but sometimes all is not clear to everyone. Thanks.

They are pretty, but I've always been grossed out by gelatin (read a cookbook when I was young and saw photos of terrines. Ick!) Not something I'd want on my table - nothing personal. I do think you did an awesome job on them (you did them I am assuming).

These look great. Really like the idea for a centerpiece.
Too I forgot almost all of the Spanish I leaned. I'll try to look everything up later to translate it so I can make one in the future.
Thanks for sharing.
