I know I saw a post recommending DVD for all kinds of beginner and advanced cake lessons on DVD. Now of course I can't find it.
I would love any and all recomendations for DVD courses.

sugarshack's DVD are excellent and affordable. Her website is www.sugaredproductions.com I highly recommend all of them!
