I'm really booked up for the end of the week and was wondering about making a couple of FBCTs today and leaving them until Saturday when I'll toss them on a cake. Has anyone ever experimented with leaving them in the freezer this long? I've always done mine when I was going to use them so have never left them more than about an hour.
