I have a KA Artisan.. have any of you had problems with the pin that holds the motor part of the mixer to stand part? When I use my mixer, it works that pin out and I have to push it back in, or the motor part will probably fall right off.... Is that normal?

Completely uncool! Take it back to where you bought it and exchange it or contact KA for a repair shop or replacement.

Never had that problem. I agree - contact KA and have them fix/replace it for you.

How annoying for you! That has never happened to my KA. Sounds like yours has a defect.

You are not alone, I have that problem too. My KA is about 7 years old, but I just recently started using it a lot. Mine also sounds like it's begging for mercy when I use it I may have to ask santa for a new one!
