I am making little peppermint meringue kisses and ended up with so many that I have more than can fit in the oven at one time. The extras are all piped out but I am not sure what to do with them for the 1 1/4 hours the first batch are baking. Do I stick them in the fridge or leave them out, or are they a lost cause?
If anyone knows I will very grateful!
Honestly, either lost cause or find a friendly neighbor and use their oven.
I just thought I would update in case it would help someone else. I left the unbaked meringues out at room temperature, and baked when the first batch was done. You cannot tell the difference between the two batches so it worked beautifully.
