This cake I did for a friend last week for her Birthday! The tiara is 50/50 and the cake is two layers of chocolate covered in Deluxe Rolled Ice Fondant (by Mimac Glaze). I was pretty pleased that the Tiara turned out as well as it did. Thanks for looking!

I tried the "royal icing" way but my piping skills are.... to say the least, not good. So I started again and used a fondant gumpaste mix and rolled out pieces than used a little royal icing to stick it in place on the template. I left it for 2-3 days to set up and than crossed my fingers and pulled it off and YEAH! It worked!
