I'm fixing to do those cookie balls (oreos, cream cheese, covered in almond bark). Does anyone know if the finished cookies need to be refrigerated? Thanks!

I would assume so bc of the cream cheese, but I have never made them before!

I would, otherwise they get a little soft. They probably wont last long for the leftovers to need refridgeration. they are so good. I have also made them using nutter butter cookies. Yummy!

Hey, Mattie! I'm in Eastern NC too! (New Bern). Where are you?
Also (what a coincidence) my ticker is for my 25th anniversary too! Congratulations! Mine isn't until next September, though. Have a good one!
