Does anyone here want to share how the Appique technique is done? My thought on the subject is people like Ron Ben Isreal take a fabric pattern and simply make a simple silicone press mold out of it? I saw on Truli Confections in Philly? that alot of her cakes are done with this technique and really look nice..

Place lace on piece of fondant. Run both together through pasta roller. Trim edge/excess with Exacto knife. Slap onto cake.
