I use Kopykake's Desktop decorator program and a Canon iP3500 (cost me about $60). I order my sugar sheets and edible ink cartridges from Kopykake. It works great and has been dependable so far. I use my laptop computer with it.

Thanks. I looked at Kopykake's products and was leaning towards them. Since, I'm not a very big entity they will definitely fit my budget, while increasing my bottom line.

I don't have a business but I use edible artist software, free from this site http://www.deco.uk.com/ Much easier to use the kopykake and you don't have to have credits to use it. I have a epson all in one printer (discontinued model) I got for $60 on ebay and I love it. I purchased new, refillable cartridges on ebay so the cost is minimal for ink. I get my sheets and refil kit from kopykake.
