I am making sugar cookies, and I want a ganache-like glaze on them. Regular chocolate, and white chocolate for decoration. What will work? recipes please? TIA
I've done a quick chocolate glaze by dropping a chocolate coating disc on each cookie as soon as it comes out of the oven. The heat of the cookie will melt it enough so you can spread to cover the top of the cookie. As soon as it cools, it will be hard enough to add other dcorations -- no worry about tempering or consistancy.
