I want to make a really chocolatey red cake- do you think if i use the extender cake mi #2 recipe as written
- but substitute
a DH red velvet cake
sub 1/2 cocoa for half the flour????(can I do that??)
Do you think it will work?? I want a red cake (for Christmas) but choco taste.
I make chocolate red velvet all the time, I just do a devils food with added choclate then Red gel paste to get it the same as RVC you don't need a lot of coloring if you use the paste.
