Hi Alliebear,

Here's the one I use all the time. It's moist, dense, and really really good. Where in Canada are you? Toronto here.

Hope this helps,

Teresa

This is completely scratch, but even I like this cake & I don't like chocolate cake!

note: I use Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge & Jello Pudding Chocolate fudge. I also choose to use chocolate syrup instead of water. Good Stuff!

The cake on the back of the hersey's cocoa container is the best! Replace the water with coffee and it is soooo good.

i like the first recipe given. I don't really like the hershey cake. I like more dense cakes though so that is why.

Yeah - Toronto cake girls unite!

I have an amazing no fail chocolate cake recipe that I can email to you. I can't pm it because it's a Microsoft Word attachment. Also, you need a food scale for it.

Let me know if you want me to email it.

Toba Garrett's chocolate fudge cake is the only chocolate cake I make. I get requests for it all the time.

I use "Sandy's Chocolate Cake" recipe from allrecipes.com. It's always moist and wonderful.
