Well...I am about to head to the kitchen to give some MMF a shot for the first time.

I have got all the ingredients, but in a dilemma on which one to use.

There is Rhonda's that has lemon juice, extract, ect....
There is regular...marshmallows, PS, and water...

What is the vote!?!

When I make MMF, it's Rhonda's all the way. The lemon juice freshens it and takes some of the sweetness of the overall marshmallow away. Otherwise, I make Michele Foster's Delicious Fondant.

I think you should make both and let me know which is best! I've only made the plain MMF and I think it's good. My 5 year old daughter LOVES it. She asked for it more often than buttercream frosting! But, she's 5. Maybe it depends on your audience.
