I made a batch of Michelle Foster's Delicious Fondant. How long can I keep and use it?
I've made that one and I usually keep mine in fridge for 2 weeks. I haven't had any problems yet with taste, freshness or texture.
I wrap it in triple saran wrap and put it in a freezer zip lock bag and freeze mine. I take it out the night before to thaw. I never checked to see how long it keeps. Probably 6 months to a year. You have to knead it before you use it. I freeze my gumpaste too.
