Just wondering what oven do you bake with?

I have a gas and ever since i started baking cakes i find they come out so moist that it's hard to ice.

If you have a gas stove what do i do to prevent the moist cakes? I know i shouldn't complain but when taking them out of the pan pieces always come off the cake and stick to the pan, or the sides crumble off.

It's not your oven doing this, how long do you let the cakes cool in the pan? If you tip it out too late it cake stick or if you pan isn't well greased this can happen too. Try cooling your cakes in the pan for 10-15 min depending on the size and see if this helps.
