It depends on how big you want it as to how to carve it. If I were to do it, and say use 11x15 sheet pan - I would probably bake and stack 2 of those. Cut about 4 inches off one side to make it 7x15 (maybe more, I would have to see it), then use that 4 inches to put on top and make any of the railings, etc. Good luck. HTH.
