My son's class is doing cookies for their party. I volunteered to make the frosting. Basically the kids are going to ice then put sprinkles on it. (I know boring...LOL). I volunteered to make the icing because *gasp* they were going to just buy canned icing.... My only concern is the icing I use crusts and you can't add sprinkles after it crusts which gives a tiny decorating window. Do I just add more fat or less ps so it doesn't crust so fast? HELP.
