Has anyone every made cupcakes without the papers? If so, how do you keep them soft? Any ideas is very appreciated!
i made cupcakes in silicone cups once, but couldn't get them out. there has to be a better way...
like making muffins or cakes.
grease and flour each little cup (or using baking release product) and then put in batter, bake, cool a bit and turn out.
however, this will give more of a crust like on a cake after it comes out of pan and of course there is less to protect the little darlin's from rough handling, or splitting if the stick a bit.
