I am making cookie bouguets, and I want to put the dusting powder on the cookie afterwards, can i put this in a spray bottle and mix it with something??? Thanks to all

You could and mix it with either vodka or extracts.

You could also apply it dry with a never used makeup brush and then pass it through stream to set it.
