I'm looking for a recipe for a whipped cream frosting that you can still decorate with. I'm hoping for one without a lot of sugar in it. Any ideas? Is there another frosting that has less sugar than buttercream that can be decorated with?
I stabelize whipped cream with vanilla instant pudding, about 1 tbsp. per cup of cream. It makes and keeps the cream stiff enough to do some decorating and also doesn't separate when leftovers are refrigerated for a couple of days.
