I just checked my cake to find the top brown (not burnt, just browner then normal).
I had set the oven to 375 instead of 325.
Will the cake be ok if I trim the top and sides or is it ruined?
Its a 14" round so it still has atleast 1/2 hour of baking time left.
I turned the oven down already but I really don't want or have the time to start over.

You should be fine. Trim it before you wrap it up so all the moisture doesn't permeate the crust.
I like baking hotter at 375--faster is better sometimes--you should have no worries.
