If you are taking double layered cakes then 98 party servings, and 130 wedding servings.

Single layer cakes (2in deep) would be half those amounts, and a 12x2in cake would be 20 party and 28 wedding servings. Hope that helps!

........round pans 6, 8, 10 and 12 inches in diameter....

Based on serving size 1x2x4 (industry standard for tiered cakes):

6" = 12-15
8: = 25
10" -= 39
12 = 54

Use the Wilton chart for pricing and let the customer know that is how the cake is priced. If they choose to cut larger servings they need to order more cake. Don't cheat yourself. You work hard; get paid for it.
