When u guys make wedding cakes, what do you do with all the egg yolks? I am throwing away MANY yolks. Please, if you have any recipes for the yolks, please post them. thanks
Freeze them. I put them in groups of 4 and freeze. Or you can freeze them in egg trays individually. Then pull out as needed. I use them to make pastry cream, curds, or when a recipe calls for egg yolks.
