Hi
Just wondering if I can use yogurt instead of sourcream for the WASC recipe?

Thanks

I use yogurt and I think it's better because you can use different flavors. The texture is the same. I try to find the one with all the fat in it though because that's what its purpose is, the fat.

that's perfect because that's what I have...whole milk yogurt! Thanks! I'm not able to get to the grocery store today...and of course I need to make a cake and forgot to buy the sour cream!
Thanks again.

In case anyone is wondering, nonfat yogurt works fine, too. I really haven't noticed a difference between nonfat yogurt and sour cream in the WASC, to be honest.
