Hi, I have a square wedding cake for this weekend....any suggestions on how to make the corners look perfect? I can't seem to master that. It will be 3 tiers...6/10/14 with a ribbon around each tier...any suggestions are appreciated...Thanks!

Are you going to be using BC or Fondant?

HEre's some step by step pics on how I do it: http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopicp-5396443-.html#5396443

I think the big trick is to Melvira the icing when it's done. Also don't ice to the shape of the cake. Use the icing to shape the corners into a sharp point, nicely squared off. (meaning if you have a rounded corner, or one that slightly domes, don't ice it slightly domed ... build the icing up and square it off.)
