So, I checked out the tutorial and it seem helpful, however they didn't really mention the actual carving of the cakes...just the assembly.

How do you do it???

It looks like you can stack a couple of the same size cakes and just cut at an angle??

Perhaps you stack an 8" on top of a 6" and get the variation that way?

Sorry if I am the millionth person to ask this question, but I am not finding a whole lot of answers and don't know where to look.
