Hi everyone! I have a question. Is there any particular method for making gold buttercream or do you just use lemon yellow or something? Thanks!
I use egg yellow.
I use yellow and add brown a little at a time until I get the shade I need.HTH

If you're looking for a "generic" gold, I have Americolor gold and like it really well. My cake supply store says most folks use "buttercup" for gold.

I use Americolor gold but it tends to look more yellow than I would like.
