I used SI dark chocolate fondant for the first time when I covered the cake it looked it was marbleized any clues as to why?

Hmmmm... I haven't used it, but... Did you Kneed it really good before using? I may have had streaks of color/chocolate and just needed to be mixed/kneeded together to be consistant...
